TOURNAMENT ADVANTAGE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Tournament Advantage platform (“Platform”), operated by Platform Solutions LLC.
By using the Platform, you agree to this AUP.

1. CORE PRINCIPLE
Tournament Advantage operates on Stripe Connect Standard. You are the merchant of record and are solely responsible for your activity.
If your activity would get flagged by Stripe, it will get flagged here—and your account will be shut down.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Platform for:
2.1 Illegal Activity
• Any activity that violates federal, state, or local law
• Unlicensed or non-compliant fundraising

2.2 Fraud & Misrepresentation
• Misleading donors about how funds will be used
• Impersonating organizations or charities
• False sponsorship or event claims
________________________________________
2.3 High-Risk Payment Behavior
• Sudden spikes in transaction volume without history
• Excessive refunds or chargebacks
• Using the Platform to move or “cycle” money

2.4 Restricted Fundraising Practices
• Raising funds without authorization from the beneficiary
• Failing to deliver promised goods, services, or event access
________________________________________
2.5 Prohibited Industries (Non-Exhaustive)
• Gambling or raffles not compliant with applicable laws
• Adult content or services
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons or weapon-related sales
• Hate, harassment, or violence-related causes

3. STRIPE ENFORCEMENT ALIGNMENT
Because payments are processed via Stripe:
• Your activity must comply with Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy
• Stripe may independently freeze, reserve, or terminate your account
• We have no ability to override Stripe decisions
If Stripe flags you, you are done on this Platform.

4. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
We reserve the right to:
• Review accounts and transactions
• Request additional documentation
• Suspend or terminate accounts immediately
We are not required to provide warning.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may terminate your account if:
• You violate this AUP
• Your activity creates financial, legal, or reputational risk
• Your Stripe account is restricted or terminated
Termination may result in permanent loss of Platform access.

6. NO LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
• Stripe account actions
• Frozen or withheld funds
• Lost revenue due to enforcement actions

7. FINAL NOTE
If your model depends on “figuring it out later,” this Platform is not for you. Payment risk is enforced upfront, not negotiated after the fact.
